Opened Meeting at 6:12 PM
Public Present: None present.
Old Business:
Market Study – We discussed the proposals from the four applicants – 4ward Planning, Inc., Gorman+York Property Advisors, LLC, Connecticut Economic Resource Center, Inc. and Fairweather Consulting. We selected two of the applicants for face-to-face interviews.
We came up with 4 dates in March when the 4 members in attendance would be available to conduct the interviews – March 19, 23, 26, and 30, 2015 (start time would be 6:00 PM). Jackie will notify absent members of these dates and arrange interview schedule with the applicants.
Each member is to prepare 5 questions that they want covered during interviews and to email them to Jackie no later than March 14, 2015.
